Executive Search Simplified works exclusively on retainer. ESS charges 20% of the annual base salary for the role in which you are hiring. Ten percent is paid upon contract signing, and the remaining 10% is paid once the position has been filled. If that role has a salary range, the client pays 10% of the lowest end of the salary range, and then makes up the difference once the position has been filled. If the hired candidate leaves the position to pursue employment elsewhere, or as the result of involuntary termination within a period of 365 days from the first date of hire, ESS will launch a replacement search at no charge to the client.
